Personal data is processed by the Administrator, in accordance with the GDPR Regulation and the polish Personal Data Protection Act, in order to accept and execute orders, conclude, perform, settle and document the performance of services or contracts, organization of educational events, correspondence and business communication, fulfill obligations financial and treasury and for archival purposes.
The Data Subject has the right to inspect their data, request changes to their content, correct, delete, transfer, stop processing and submit a complaint to the supervisory body.
The data will be processed, respectively, on the basis of consent, contract or legal provision, for the duration of the relationship with the Data Subject and in accordance with the data storage periods indicated in the relevant provisions and regulations.
The processed data may be entrusted to the Administrator's partners and subcontractors in connection with the necessity to comply with the scope of cooperation or services provided to the Data Subjects.
